We are currently looking for a Steady Extra Kitchen Worker to join our team at Boss Cafe and Jersey Eats. The successful candidate will play a key role in the overall BOH functions.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
- Clean dishes, pots, pans and overall BOH
- Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions.
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
- Stock inventory appropriately.
- Replenish cleaning materials
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Requirements:
- Adhere to health and safety policy
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to work overnight
- Must be 21 or over.
