Shuttle Driver

Primary Function
Operate a Class a shuttle truck. position trailers between warehouse, freezer, and dock doors ensuring efficient movement. This will be second shift 1200-2200 M-F with occasional weekends needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Move trailers between warehouse and freezer locations
- Communicate with warehouse personnel to identify trailers/loads ready for movement
- Ensure timely trailer placement to support loading and unloading operations
- Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow all safety procedures

- Frequent bending, stretching, and lifting
- Ability to work under high-stress conditions for extended periods
- Ability to complete required documentation accurately

- Outdoor environment
- Operation of truck equipment
- Exposure to varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Ability to safely operate a shuttle truck and maneuver 53’ trailers in and out of dock doors
- Class A CDL required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well with individuals and teams to ensure timely truck loading and unloading
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
