Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, science, social studies, religion.

- Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning space.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and standardized testing; provide constructive feedback and adapt instruction accordingly.
- Mentor and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support each child's individual growth and learning goals.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education, curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, and working with children with diverse needs.
Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques tailored for early learners.
- Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring methods to support literacy education and math skills development.
