Position: Employee Health Caregiver (RN)
Location: Richland, WA
Duration: 13 weeks with potential for extension

Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support their Employee Health team. This individual will assist with employee health screenings, immunizations, occupational health services, and additional day-to-day clinical support for internal staff. The ideal candidate will have strong acute care experience and previous occupational health or clinic experience is highly preferred.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Performs health screenings according to established standard operating procedures.
- Provides occupational health surveillance services, including Tuberculosis (TB) surveillance, hazardous drug monitoring, lead surveillance, hearing conservation, and other required programs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Administers immunizations and assists with employee vaccination programs.
- Maintains, stores, and ensures the accuracy and confidentiality of employee health records in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participates on employee health, safety, and wellness initiatives as needed.
- Collaborates with Employee Health providers, Human Resources, leadership, and other departments to support employee health and safety programs.
- Assesses employees for work-related illnesses or injuries and provides appropriate recommendations, education, and follow-up.
- Assists with return-to-work processes, fit-for-duty evaluations, and other occupational health activities as needed.
- Provides health education and counseling to employees regarding workplace health and wellness topics.
- Supports additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the Employee Health team.
Required Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Recent nursing experience in an acute care environment.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous occupational health, employee health, or clinic experience.
- Experience administering immunizations and conducting employee health screenings.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and occupational health standards.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
