ComForCare & MB Healthcare are now hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), including Autism, in a home-based setting.

Pay & Schedule
- $18.50 per hour
- Flexible scheduling (part-time & full-time options available)
- Overtime opportunities available
- Time-and-a-half pay on major holidays

Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Provide light housekeeping and organization
- Support daily routines and independence
- Medication reminders/administration (as required)
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Encourage socialization and community engagement
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused attitude
