G.S. Gelato is a manufacturer of authentic Italian gelato, sorbet, and plant-based frozen desserts with national distribution in the foodservice and grocery/retail industries. G.S. Gelato is looking for a Quality Assurance Technicians to join our exciting growth!
Responsibilities include:
- Collect samples for customers.
- Work with QC team to communicate inspection results, answer questions, and send/order sampling supplies when necessary.
- Facilitate inspections to ensure products meet guidelines and regulations.

- Excellent time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to solve problems.
- Must be able and willing to commute to Fort Walton Beach, FL.
