RN Responsibilities Include:
Providing direct nursing care aligned with residents’ individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion
Monitoring resident conditions and coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Supporting and mentoring nursing students and junior staff
Educating residents and families about care needs and health management
Leading by example to promote a culture of respect, quality, and accountability
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
