Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Porter professional to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will attention to detail , including upkeep of curb appeal and building. Maintaining trash rooms and providing excellent customer service to the residents.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections and report all concerns to the Service Manager.
- Manage facilities maintenance tasks, including general upkeep of the premises.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Experience in multi-family is a must.
