NexoraClean is looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team in the Twin Cities. We provide residential and move-in/move-out cleaning services and are seeking individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work.
This role is ideal for cleaners who enjoy working independently, have strong attention to detail, and want flexible work opportunities.
We are willing to train the right candidates as long as you have some home cleaning experience and a strong work ethic.
Duties
- Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services including standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces
- Follow NexoraClean’s cleaning checklist and standards
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients
- Arrive on time and complete jobs thoroughly
Experience
- Requirements
- Previous house cleaning experience preferred (1–2 years recommended)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to travel to cleaning locations
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be reliable and professional
