Mindset Cannabis Shop is seeking a detail-oriented Vault Manager to oversee stock, ensure compliance, and support dispensary operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory (receiving, storage, counts, audits, and reconciliation).
- Maintain accurate records in Treez and seed-to-sale systems like Metrc.
- Investigate inventory variances and implement solutions.
- Ensure products are compliant, labeled, and secure.
- Coordinate with leadership and vendors for efficient receiving.
- Monitor stock levels and manage reorders.
- Support sales floor replenishment and prepare inventory reports.
- Maintain a clean and safe stockroom/vault.
- Follow all state regulations and company policies.
- Assist with register transactions as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management or retail supply chain.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort with POS, spreadsheets, and digital tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cannabis compliance and seed-to-sale systems (Treez/Metrc) is preferred.
- Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
