Job Summary
Lead Teacher Wanted: Big Heart, Strong Coffee, and a Love for Little Learners
We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher who knows how to run a classroom with confidence, creativity, and a sense of humor. If you can manage a room full of energetic learners, lead a team of educators, and still smile through the occasional glitter spill or emotional support stuffed animal, you might be our person.
This role involves overseeing and implementing engaging educational programs in our early childhood and special education settings. Our ideal candidate has solid classroom management skills, enjoys building thoughtful curriculum, and has experience working with children with diverse needs, including autism, developmental disabilities, and speech or behavioral challenges.
As a Lead Teacher, you’ll guide and support fellow educators, design lessons that spark curiosity, and create a warm, structured environment where every child feels safe, supported, and celebrated. Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for helping children grow are non-negotiable. A good sense of humor is strongly encouraged.
If you believe learning should be meaningful, inclusive, and sometimes a little messy, we’d love to meet you. Together, we’ll nurture growing minds and celebrate the small wins that make a big difference.
