Job Summary
We are currently seeking a compassionate, friendly, and dependable Front Office Receptionist to join our dedicated team. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to providing outstanding service to our clients and their pets.
As an AAHA-accredited, 3-doctor small animal practice, we pride ourselves on fostering a positive and supportive workplace. We value teamwork and are passionate about building lasting relationships with our clients.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven experience in client service and front desk operations
- A warm and professional demeanor
Schedule & Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 8:00 - 3AM:00PM
- Weekly hours range from 37 to 40 hours

Responsibilities and Duties
The front office receptionist is responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Utilizing our practice management software
- Greeting clients
- Assisting patients/clients into exam rooms
- Collecting payments
- Assisting clients on the phones
- Scheduling
- General housekeeping
- Various other jobs throughout the practice
- Support grieving clients
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Valid drivers license
