Pak Solutions is Flexible Packaging Manufacturer based in the Great North Woods Region of New Hampshire. We are looking for a Maintenance Manager with solid electrical and manufacturing experience. The right candidate will fill a key department management role in our growing facility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct troubleshooting, diagnose, Rebuild, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a wide variety of manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of and background in electrical systems is REQUIRED
- Maintain Building and Grounds as Needed
- Monthly Facility Inspections of Fire Extinguishers, Eye Wash Stations and Emergency Lighting
- Ability to Communicate and Work as a Team
- Perform Scheduled and Unplanned Maintenance
- Ability to Complete Custom Fabrication, Welding and Machining
- Maintain a safe and Clean Working Environment
- Implement Company Vision Statement, mission Statement and Corporate and Departmental Goals and Objectives
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001 and AIB Standards a plus
Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Minimum 5 years Manufacturing Maintenance Experience
