The Driver will provide transportation services for our CEO and assist with various delivery tasks as needed. The Company Driver will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our executives and goods, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Safely transport the CEO and other members of the team to and from meetings, appointments, and other business-related events in a timely manner.
2. Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the company vehicle, including regular cleaning and scheduled maintenance checks.
3. Assist with loading and unloading of goods, packages, and equipment for deliveries as assigned.
4. Ensure the security and proper handling of all items during transportation and delivery, including fragile or sensitive materials.
5. Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently to meet deadlines and minimize travel time.
6. Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards while operating the company vehicle.
7. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with clients, colleagues, and the public.
8. Communicate effectively with the CEO and other team members to coordinate schedules and logistics for transportation and deliveries.
9. Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses related to vehicle maintenance and operation.
10. Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the business.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or executive transportation setting.
- Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, and team members.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform loading and unloading tasks as needed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information or VIP passengers.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime hours as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in defensive driving or executive protection is a plus.
