Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our appliance repair team in Long Island, NY. Experience is a plus, but not required — we provide hands-on training and ongoing technical support.
This position involves diagnosing and repairing residential appliances at customer homes. This is a field service position with strong income potential for individuals who are reliable, professional, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair household appliances at customer locations
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Complete service calls efficiently and accurately
- Use mobile apps and tools for work orders and job updates
- Maintain organized tools, parts, and work vehicle
- Follow company procedures and safety practices
- Provide clear explanations of repairs and recommendations to customers
Appliances may include:
- Refrigerators
- Washers & dryers
- Dishwashers
- Ovens, ranges & cooktops
- Microwaves
Skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn technical troubleshooting
- Comfortable using smartphones/apps
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
- Ability to work independently in the field
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal vehicle required
- Ability to pass background check if required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift and move appliances when necessary
- Previous appliance repair experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
