Applicant Attorney Workers Compensation Firm looking to hire immediately a well experienced Hearing Representative to over look and manage a case load with the guidance of senior attorney. Job duties will include making hearing appearances, file reviews for potential settlements, as well as performing walk-throughs of settlement documents.
Must have at least 5 years experience in this field as a Hearing Representative handling a case load of at least 250+ cases. Must be knowledgeable in the procedures and laws. Must have leadership skills and work well with others. Must have great customer service. Spanish speaking is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
