Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) – CPSE Setting
Location: Nassau and/or Suffolk County, Long Island, NY
New York Therapy Placement Services has exciting opportunities for dedicated pediatric physical therapists across Nassau and Suffolk Counties for the rest of the 2025-2026 School year and for the 2026-2027 School year!
The ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children. He/she will provide services for children from 3 through 5 years old in various settings including preschools/daycare centers, at home or in our clinics. Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans
- Provide treatment sessions in a supportive and engaging environment.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to enhance each child’s development.
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid NYS License /certification in physical therapy.
- Experience working with young children, particularly in EI or CPSE settings, is a plus.
- Experience Implementing IEP goals and objectives related to PT.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping children reach their developmental goals.
