We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team to assist in the opening of a new high-end freestanding med spa in Shreveport. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare, be knowledgeable about a wide range of aesthetic treatments, and be enthusiastic about helping clients look and feel their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional facial treatments and skin care services tailored to client needs
- Perform a variety of aesthetic services including but not limited to:
- Chemical peels
- Microdermabrasion
- Dermaplaning
- HydraFacials
- Microneedling
- Acne treatments
- Educate clients on skincare regimens, products, and post-treatment care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and tools per health and safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of treatments and client progress
- Stay up-to-date with the latest aesthetic trends, products, and technologies
- Upsell skincare products and additional services when appropriate
- Collaborate with medical staff for integrated treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Valid state license as an Aesthetician
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a medical spa or wellness setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare products, and treatment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, compassionate, and client-centered demeanor
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
