Maison De HNS is looking for a motivated, creative, and highly organized Influencer Manager to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about influencer marketing, fashion, talent management, branding, and digital culture. We are seeking someone with at least 6 months of experience in influencer management, talent coordination, PR outreach, brand partnerships, social media management, or negotiation. The ideal candidate understands the influencer space, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. This is a freelance, commission based, fully remote, flexible opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing influencer and talent relationships
- Source and pitch brand partnership opportunities
- Coordinate collaborations, campaigns, gifting, and event
- sHandle outreach to brands, PR agencies, stylists, and creatives
- Negotiate partnership terms, rates, deliverables, and timelines
- Support talent development and day-to-day communication
- Track campaigns, contracts, invoices, and deliverables
- Research trends, brands, and opportunities within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment
- Help expand Maison De HNS’ network and talent roster
Skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in influencer management, PR, social media, talent management, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of influencer marketing and brand partnerships
- Passion for fashion, luxury, entertainment, and digital media
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, influencer trends, and digital branding
