Position Summary
We're looking for a sharp, highly proficient entry-level attorney with strong oratory and courtroom presence to join our personal injury team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a new or early-career attorney to work hands-on with experienced trial counsel on high-value cases — including matters in the six- and seven-figure range — from intake through resolution.
What You'll Do
- Support case strategy and litigation for serious personal injury claims, including catastrophic and high-value (six- to seven-figure) matters
- Draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery, and motions with precision and persuasive clarity
- Prepare for and take part in depositions, mediations, and hearings alongside senior attorneys
- Communicate confidently and persuasively with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and in the courtroom
- Collaborate closely with paralegals, case managers, and the medical management team to keep cases moving
- Conduct legal research and build case theories grounded in Texas (and California) PI law
What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in Texas (California license a plus)
- Strong oral advocacy skills — confident, clear, and persuasive in front of clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Highly proficient legal writing and research skills, with sharp attention to detail
- Genuine interest in personal injury law and client-centered advocacy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on cases with significant value and complexity
- A team player who takes ownership and communicates proactively

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
