Connector Board Member
For individuals with strong networks in autism services, nonprofit fundraising, or the corporate sector.
Family-Led Autism Collective (FLAC) operates on simple but powerful insight: the family is the most valuable and most underutilized asset in a child’s autism treatment journey. Through our program, we provide direct financial support to families nationwide, tied to engagement and adherence to their child’s treatment plan rather than financial need alone.
As FLAC grows, we are building a Board of Directors that reflects the full ecosystem around our mission. Our single greatest need right now is fundraising capacity, and this role plays a key part of that effort. This role brings an established network in the autism, nonprofit, or corporate space to expand FLAC’s reach.

The Connector Board Member expands FLAC’s reach by bringing an established network in the autism community, nonprofit and fundraising world, or corporate sector. This individual may be a clinician, autism advocate, nonprofit executive, corporate leader, or fundraising professional who can open doors, make introductions, and help position FLAC in front of new funders, partners, and corporate sponsors. We are especially interested in candidates connected to corporations that could serve as sponsors, matching-gift partners, or grant funders.
Connectors are the bridge-builders of our Board - this role offers reach, relationships, and credibility within the spaces FLAC needs to access to grow.

- Comfort making introductions and advocating for FLAC within your professional circles
- Genuine interest in autism services and family-centered care
- Strategic thinker who can help FLAC identify new partnership and funding channels
