Field Marketing Representative - Brand Ambassador

Brand Ambassadors will work part-time based on availability, typically traveling up to 60 miles of their home address. Brand Ambassadors can work up to 35 hours per week based on availability, earning $25/hr, with opportunities for sales based bonus incentives and mileage reimbursement.
This position is perfect for somebody looking to make money while getting their foot in the door of the cannabis industry. You will have the opportunity to meet tons of new people, learn about products, brands, state laws, and regulations, and as we grow in CA, more opportunities will arise.
Responsibilities:
- Execute PAD/CAD at dispensaries that carry Pure Beauty Products
- Setup and activate at event marketing activation
- Must be familiar with the company's products, mission, and values to communicate them to customers.
- Build and maintain budtender and dispensary relationships
- Educating patients, customers, and industry staff on products available, services, features, upcoming events, promotional deals, etc.
- Report field activity data including inventory, budtender feedback, display opportunities
- Maintain products, PAD kits, and merchandise Pure Beauty products
- Customer service at Events and PADs
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be aged 21 or older
- Must have a reliable source of transportation (car, truck, van; no scooters, bikes)
- Valid CA driver’s license, clean driving record
- Sales experience preferred
- Restaurants, retail, and event experience preferred
- Self-motivated, self-sufficient
Pay: $25.00 per hour
