We're seeking caring, compassionate, and dependable Personal Care Assistants to join our growing team! As a Patient Care Assistant with SYNERGY HomeCare of Medina, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals needing support by providing companionship, assistance with daily living activities, and personalized care in the comfort of their homes.
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support to clients
Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help with mobility, transfers, and daily routines while promoting independence
Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and support a safe home environment
Provide medication reminders and encouragement for healthy habits
Offer reliable transportation assistance for errands or appointments if needed
Bring kindness, patience, and positive energy into every visit — because your presence matters
