Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program
Fellowship training in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology or significant experience in Congenital Cardiac Anesthesia
Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology
Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure
Strong clinical expertise in Congenital Heart Disease and Perioperative Cardiac Care

Nicklaus Children's Health System and Nicklaus Children's Pediatric Specialists (NCPS), the health system's physician-led multispecialty group practice, have an opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible (BC/BE) Congenial Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join the nationally recognized Heart Institute.
Premier pediatric and congenital heart program offering a full spectrum of cardiovascular services, including complex congenital heart surgery, interventional catheterization, electrophysiology, fetal cardiology, advanced cardiac imaging, mechanical circulatory support, and heart failure and transplant programs. The Nicklaus Children's Hospital Heart Institute is a nationally recognized center of excellence dedicated to providing world-class cardiac care to pediatric patients and individuals with congenital heart disease. Physicians practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment supported by advanced technology and facilities, delivering care across a wide range of cardiovascular procedures and clinical settings. The Congenial Cardiac Anesthesiologist provides perioperative care for neonatal, pediatric, and adult congenital heart patients while contributing to the continued growth of advanced cardiac programs.
