Small Talk Therapy, Inc. is expanding and seeking dynamic, creative, and committed SLPs to join our multidisciplinary therapy team: SLPs, SLPAs, OTs, COTAs, child development specialists, audiologists, and hearing aid dispenser. New grads are encouraged to apply!

Position Highlights
- Provide 1:1 therapy services for clients from birth through adulthood

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 therapy services for clients from birth through adulthood
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with our OT and ST teams
- Coach and educate caregivers and families
- Track progress, document outcomes, and celebrate milestones

What You Bring
- Current California SLP license (CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Current CPR certification
- Pediatric and/or adult experience preferred
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
