As a Manager in Training, you’ll be learning the ropes of running a successful coffee shop while leading and inspiring a team. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Assisting in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. - Supporting and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Helping to manage inventory, schedules, and other operational tasks. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff. - Learning and applying the skills needed to eventually step into a management role.
We’re seeking someone with a blend of leadership potential and a love for coffee culture. Here are the qualifications we’re looking for: - At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. - A commitment to providing outstanding customer service. - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
