About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an energetic and persuasive Phone Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. This position is centered around outbound calling and customer engagement, with a focus on promoting our suite of cutting-edge technology services—including AI, Machine Learning, and Test Automation solutions.
The right candidate will be a confident communicator with a talent for sales conversations and a desire to help drive growth through meaningful customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Appointment Setting and Discovery Sales Calls to develop interest and identify pain.
- Initiate outbound phone calls to prospective clients to introduce and explain our tech offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to questions and addressing concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Implement warm calling techniques to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Clearly articulate product advantages to drive interest and conversions.
- Work in tandem with the sales team to meet strategic business development targets.
- Log all call outcomes, client communications, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or phone-based customer service a plus.
- Prior experience with HubSpot, PhoneBurner, Quo, uplead is helpful.
- Understanding of or interest in technical sales, particularly in the areas of AI or automation technologies.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven success in persuading and negotiating with potential clients.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use new digital tools efficiently.
- Self-motivated, with a growth mindset and eagerness to develop within the role.
