Facilities Attendant (Part-Time)
Summit Valley Services, Ltd. is currently hiring two Part-Time Facilities Attendants to help maintain a premier commercial property. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for visitors.
Available Positions
We are currently hiring for the following schedules:
- Position 1: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Position 2: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Both positions are 20 hours per week.
What You'll Do
As a Facilities Attendant, you'll play an important role in maintaining the property's appearance by:
- Cleaning and stocking public restrooms
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Picking up litter throughout the property
- Maintaining outdoor eating spaces to keep them free of litter and debris
- Straightening outdoor furniture and gathering spaces
- Monitoring facility conditions and reporting maintenance concerns
- Responding to the property's changing needs throughout your shift
This is an active position that requires walking throughout the property and working both indoors and outdoors.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for team members who are:
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Physically able to walk, bend, lift, and remain on their feet throughout the shift
Previous cleaning or facilities experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
