We are currently hiring an Entry Level Representative to join our growing Austin team. This Entry Level Representative position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy face-to-face communication, customer engagement, and professional growth opportunities. As an Entry Level Representative, you will work directly with residential customers to educate them on AT&T products and services, answer questions, and assist with new customer enrollments.

What You’ll Be Doing as an Entry Level Representative:
- Meet with customers face-to-face in assigned residential areas across Austin, TX and introduce AT&T services.
- As an Entry Level Representative, educate customers on AT&T services, pricings, promotions and steps to activating services
- Guide customers through enrollment with patience, clarity, and care.
- After carefully assessing customer needs, match them with plans that suit their needs and budget.
- Document customer and sales activities by maintaining accurate records and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with Entry Level Representatives to share tips and celebrate wins.
- Attend ongoing training dedicated for Entry Level Representative to stay informed on AT&T promotions and updates.
- Represent N&S Wireless Services with positivity and professionalism.
- Handle basic questions and escalate complex concerns.
