At Caragiulos, hospitality is personal. As we prepare to open our new downtown Sarasota home, we are building a support team rooted in awareness, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.
We are hiring Support Staff who understand hospitality is often expressed through the details guests may never notice — a table reset done perfectly, a dish delivered gracefully, a need anticipated before it is spoken.
Compensation
- Starting at $10.98 per hour + tips
- Full-time hours available
Responsibilities
- Support servers, bartenders and managers in maintaining smooth, attentive service.
- Care for the entire restaurant with full awareness, understanding that every guest experience is a shared responsibility.
- Support pacing throughout the entire dining experience through awareness, urgency, and related service responsibilities.
- Deliver food accurately and professionally while maintaining presentation standards.
- Uphold hospitality standards through attentiveness, urgency, and consistency.
Qualifications
- Restaurant experience preferred; strong work ethic and willingness to learn essential.
- Strong sense of urgency, awareness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
