Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Process cash transactions efficiently using POS system Clover, handling cash and credit payments securely.
- Opportunities to develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to enhance menu offerings and guest satisfaction.
- Restocking bar supplies as needed while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events
Experiencepreferred but willing to train the right candidate!
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically while maintaining professionalism.
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods using strong time management skills.
- Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures is preferred.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and beverage measurements; experience with beverage recipe development is desirable.
