Position Summary
We’re looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about patient care and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. This Physical Therapist will work with a diverse outpatient population and partner closely with chiropractors and support staff to deliver thoughtful, integrated care in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and assessments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and clinical findings
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, stretching, and physical therapy modalities
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, mobility, posture, and recovery strategies
- Monitor patient progress, reassess functional outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant physical therapy documentation and billing
- Collaborate with chiropractors and the multidisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes
- Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care focused on pain relief, movement, strength, and function
Qualifications
- DPT or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Texas
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy or outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and helping patients improve function and quality of life
