We are a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative print shop looking for a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team and help bring our customers' designs to life.
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to handle both screen printing and engraving production. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in producing flawless custom products. Whether you are setting up a multi-color screen print run or calibrating a laser engraver for fine detail work, your role is crucial to maintaining our standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Screen Printing:
- Prepare and process screens, including coating, burning/exposing, washing out, and reclaiming.
- Mix and match inks to meet specific customer requirements or Pantone colors.
- Set up, register, and operate manual and/or automatic screen printing presses.
- Monitor the curing process to ensure ink adhesion and washability.
- Perform quality control checks during print runs to catch and correct misprints or registration issues.
Engraving:
- Operate laser and/or rotary engraving machines to customize products
- Prepare and format basic customer artwork using design software
- Precisely align and fixture materials in the engraving beds to ensure accurate placement.
- Clean and finish engraved items before packaging.
General Shop Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on all printing and engraving equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Assist with receiving inventory, unboxing blank goods, and staging orders for production.
- Count, fold, and pack finished goods for customer pickup or shipping.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Previous experience in screen printing or operating laser engravers is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills are required.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and color accuracy.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet strict production deadlines.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours per day).
- Ability to lift and move boxes of garments or materials weighing up to 40-50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to inks, cleaning chemicals, and varying temperatures.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
