WE ARE HIRING FOR AN AM AND PM CASHIER FOR THE BACKYARD TACO IN LAVEEN!!!
CASHIER: Do you have an outgoing and energetic personality and ready to be the first impression of Backyard Taco? A job as a Backyard Taco Cashier will entail a blend of hospitality, energy and enthusiasm. The cashier will be responsible for taking orders, processing payments at the cash registers at the front counter and Drive-Thru stations as well as preparing drink orders. Cashiers will also be responsible for making sure the front of the house is clean and orderly, items are restocked, and answers the phone. The most important aspect of your work as a Cashier is to provide awesome friendly service with a GREAT attitude to ensure guests will return. Bi -weekly tips are included in overall pay of employee. Also you will ALWAYS have Sundays off since we are closed on Sundays.
At Backyard Taco we aim to hire friendly, personable, energetic and attentive workers. Team Members must adhere to strict health and safety guidelines at all times. For the Cashier position basic computation skills at the cash register are also required. Training generally lasts between a few days and a couple weeks and involves both visual and verbal orientation.
Candidates looking for leadership positions with Backyard Taco often need to have proven capabilities as leaders. All leadership positions are hired from within.
