## Job Summary
We are in search of a dedicated Primary Montessori Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and education in fostering the growth and development of young minds. As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for students to thrive using the Montessori philosophy and pedagogy.
## Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging hands on lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Provide individualized instruction to students based on their needs and abilities
- Create a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning experience
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational program
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly to track development and address any challenges
## Requirements
- Montessori Primary certificate - AMI/AMS/MACTE
- Bachelors degree
- At least 1 year previous experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles in line with Montessori philosophy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $27.51 - $30.59 per hour
