About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Driller to join our team working across construction and mining sites. The successful candidate will operate and maintain drilling equipment to support blasting, foundation work, site development, and mineral extraction activities. This role requires hands-on experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate drilling equipment for construction, mining, or blasting operations
- Set up, align, and secure drilling rigs and related equipment
- Monitor drilling performance and adjust operations as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on drilling equipment
- Interpret site plans, blueprints, and drilling specifications
- Follow all site safety regulations and company procedures
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and maintain accurate drilling logs
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors, engineers, and crew members
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a driller in construction and/or mining environments
- Knowledge of drilling methods (rotary, percussion, auger, etc.)
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards (MSHA/OSHA preferred)
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor, high-demand environments
- Valid driver’s license
Work Environment
- Outdoor construction and mining sites
- Exposure to varying weather conditions
- Physically demanding work including lifting, climbing, and extended periods of standing
- Travel to different job sites may be required

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
