As a Inbound Sales Concierge , you will support the sales process by serving as the first point of contact for prospective residents, qualifying inbound leads, and nurturing prospect relationships until they are ready to be transitioned to a Sales Counselor for closing. This role plays a critical part in pipeline development and sales team effectiveness, ensuring that no lead goes unattended and that Sales Counselors are positioned to focus on qualified, tour-ready prospects. Performance goals are established by the Director of Marketing and Sales.
What you will do in this role:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all inbound inquiries via the sales phone lines and online lead channels.

Responds promptly to inbound leads, assesses sales-readiness, and routes qualified prospects to the appropriate Sales Counselor.

Manages ongoing outreach and relationship maintenance for non-sales-qualified leads, supporting long-term pipeline development.

Achieves, or exceeds stated monthly goals for calls, creative follow-up, CRM completion, and scheduled number of tours for Sales Counselors as established by the Director of Marketing and Sales.

Maintains accurate, timely entry and upkeep of all prospect activity within the sales CRM; performs routine data hygiene and cleanup to support pipeline integrity and reporting accuracy.

Develops deep proficiency in CRM platform functionality, with a growth trajectory toward serving as the team’s CRM subject matter expert; collaborates with the Marketing team on data reporting and campaign-aligned lead tracking as proficiency grows.

Schedules and coordinates initial tours for Sales Counselors to conduct, ensuring seamless prospect experiences and achieving the scheduled number of tours as established by the Director of Marketing and Sales.

Sources and prepares creative follow-up materials for Sales Counselors to deploy with prospects.

Sends thoughtful, personalized gifts and outreach independently for prospects not yet transferred to a Sales Counselor.

Cultivates warm, trust-based relationships with prospects and their families throughout the inquiry and discovery process; represents Blue Skies of Texas with professionalism, warmth, and alignment to community values at every touchpoint.

Assists with outreach calls and logistics in advance of community events; supports event preparation and day-of execution; conducts timely post-event follow-up with attendees to advance prospect relationships.

Performs other duties as assigned in support of department and community goals.
Qualifications:
- Required: Must possess a current, valid Texas driver’s license with good driving record and remain insurable by Blue Skies of Texas carriers.

Required: Minimum three years of sales or marketing experience. Possess basic knowledge of marketing and sales operations involving occupancy goals in a residential community.

Required: Experienced in closing out work orders through the maintenance management system (EQUIPS).
- Required: Working knowledge of basic office equipment along with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Publisher). Experience with multi-media marketing and utilizing social media for sales leads and appointments.

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or another related field, or equivalent experience. Previous sales experience in a retirement or residential community preferred.

Preferred: Experience with web-based CRM databases for lead management, marketing, inquiry, and referral source tracking. Training will be provided to familiarize incumbent with work-related equipment to ensure safety and proper operation during use.

Preferred: The Inbound Sales Concierge will take advantage of sales training, coaching and mentoring provided through suggested course work or provided by the Director of Marketing and Sales. Ongoing education via webinars and seminars related to Marketing highly suggested to ensure development on skills for all phases of the sales process.
In 1970, the first of our two campuses opened in San Antonio. Air Force Village I was followed in 1987 by Air Force Village II.
