Hope Healthcare Services is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our office is organized, our staff is supported, and our clients are served with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and route messages professionally
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and paper records
- Create and manage spreadsheets, charts, and graphs in Microsoft Excel
- Assist with on-boarding new staff by preparing materials and supporting training sessions
- Organize and file documentation, both electronically and physically
- Support general office operations and provide backup coverage where needed

- Excellent written and verbal communication

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of administrative, clerical, or receptionist experience preferred
- Proficiency with general computer applications and office equipment
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license preferred
