A growing and rapidly expanding commercial facility services company is seeking a Regional Director to lead operations across multiple client locations throughout West Michigan.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on developing people, improving performance, strengthening client relationships, and delivering measurable business results. You'll lead a team of managers, oversee operational execution across a diverse portfolio of accounts, and play a key role in shaping the future growth of the organization.

Lead & Develop Teams
- Train, coach, and retain high-performing managers and frontline teams
- Build accountability, engagement, and leadership capacity throughout the organization
- Conduct regular performance coaching, development conversations, and team meetings
- Create a culture focused on growth, communication, and results
Drive Operational Excellence
- Ensure exceptional service delivery across all assigned accounts
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality reviews
- Identify and resolve issues quickly through root cause analysis and corrective action
- Maintain consistent execution of company standards and processes
Strengthen Client Relationships
- Serve as a senior point of contact for key customers
- Build lasting relationships with decision-makers and facility leaders
- Proactively address concerns and protect client satisfaction and retention
- Support new account onboarding, contract renewals, and scope changes
Own Financial Performance
- Manage labor, scheduling, equipment, and operating expenses
- Monitor productivity, budgets, and profitability across the region
- Analyze reports, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
- Hold managers accountable to operational and financial goals
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience in a multi-site service environment
- Proven success leading managers and developing high-performing teams
- Strong business and financial acumen, including budget and labor management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to balance people leadership, client service, and operational execution
- High level of accountability and ownership
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout West Michigan
Preferred
- Experience in commercial cleaning, facility services, property services, or similar industries
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or a comparable management framework
- Experience using workforce management, scheduling, or inspection software

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
