Front of House Manager (Fast Casual Restaurant)
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our guest service team in a busy fast-casual dine-in and takeout restaurant. This position is focused exclusively on front-of-house operations for a local small business- you will report directly to the owner.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all front-of-house staff
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Hire, train, and develop front-of-house team members
- Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high service standards
- Assist owner with catering order arrangements
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in a fast-casual, casual dining, or similar restaurant environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining excellent customer service
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Experience with POS systems and basic administrative tasks
- Approximately 35 hours a week of on site availability. Weekend & holiday availability required- we are open 364 days a year!
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
