POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled, patient-centered Part-Time Phlebotomist to join our team two days per week. In this role, you will be responsible for blood draws supporting our hormone, wellness, and longevity lab panels, and specimen handling. You will work alongside a small, high-touch clinical team in a calm, luxury environment where patient comfort is paramount.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision and patient comfort as the priority
- Process, label, and prepare specimens for lab submission in accordance with chain-of-custody protocols
- Assist clinical staff as directed by the Medical Director
- Maintain accurate documentation of draws, specimens, and patient interactions in the EMR
- Adhere to all OSHA, HIPAA, and Texas clinical compliance standards
- Uphold a calm, professional, and compassionate demeanor consistent with our luxury spa environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the phlebotomy station and supply inventory
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Current Phlebotomy certification (CPT or equivalent) from a nationally recognized organization (NPA, ASCP, AMT, or NCCT)
- Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience in a clinical, medical spa, or lab setting
- Demonstrated proficiency with difficult and multi-draw patients
- Knowledge of specimen handling, storage, and transport protocols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in a medical spa, concierge medicine, or wellness clinic setting
- Familiarity with hormone panel labs and functional/longevity lab panels
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
