As an Estimator you will:
- Analyze labor, material, and market trends to produce precise, well-supported estimates that balance profitability with competitiveness
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and design discussions, gaining exposure to client expectations and real-world construction challenges
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, implementing new estimating tools, processes, and best practices that enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements of this Estimator role:
- 5+ years’ commercial construction experience in an Estimator role
- Degree in a construction related field a plus
- Ground-up retail, big box, municipal, office and fire station project experience preferred
- OSHA-30 certification
- Procore proficiency preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
