HDD Operator – Direct Hire
Locations: Bend, OR
Pay: $30–$36/hour
Full-Time | Direct Hire | 40 Hours/Week
We are hiring experienced HDD Operators for telecommunications construction projects.
What We're Looking For
- Previous HDD / Horizontal Directional Drilling Operator experience
- Experience working directly with directional drilling crews
- Experience with Vermeer or Ditch Witch equipment
- Experience with 20x40-class drills is a plus
- CDL highly preferred
- DOT eligible
- Ability to pass required drug screening and background check
Important: This is an HDD/directional drilling operator position. General utility locating experience without HDD experience is not the primary experience we are seeking.
