Role Description
This is a full-time or part time, on-site role as a Front Office Staff Insurance Verifier/Scheduler/Treatment Care Coordinator. You will be responsible for verifying patients' insurance coverage, explaining insurance benefits to patients, scheduling appointments, and Treatment presentation and managing patient records. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our dental practice.
Qualifications
Open Dental Experience is a plus!!!
Bilingual experience is a plus!!!
If you also have some dental assistant experience as a floater, BIG PLUS!!
Team Play and Caring about your work and patients is huge! If thats you, we want you!
-Handle phones calls and Scheduling.
- Able to speak well to patients and handle the front office professionally.
-Multi-tasker is a must.
-Good personality to greet patients in person and by phone calls.
- Prior experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients and insurance companies
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using computer applications and dental practice management software
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other staff members
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
- High level of professionalism and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
