Suburban Solutions Moving are looking for a Moving Helper / Driver to be trained into a Crew Leader to join our team and help load and unload furniture and other items between various locations. We deal with all sorts of clients, job sizes and locations. Based out of Havertown, We are ALWAYS looking to improve and grow our team by bringing on great people who are dedicated to working hard as a team and having fun while providing a great service.

Responsibilities:
- Loading, packing and unloading items with care
- Ensuring that no items are damaged while moving
- Wrapping furniture in protective material
- Deliver and set-up furniture inside client homes, as required or requested
- Respond to inquiries and requests from clients in a professional manner
- Collect furniture from residential or commercial locations
- Protect all furniture from damage through established best practices
- Collect payments and issue receipts
- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
- Regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle
Pay Structure & Benefits:
- Crew Leaders: $20 to $23/hr + Tips
- Senior Crew Leaders $23 to $26 + tips
- Paid Bi-Weekly
- Uniforms required and Team Events
No Experience may start at $17.00/hr. Must go through 15 to 30 day probationary period until eligible for Crew Leader Training

Requirements and skills:
- MUST have Leadership skills
- People who hold themselves Accountable
- Proven work experience as a Mover or similar role
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects throughout the day
- Punctual and professional attitude
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Mover
- Valid Driver’s License ( for driver position)
- Clean Driving Record
- Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
- Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
- Proven experience as a Driver
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
- A high school qualification or equivalent would be preferable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
