Job Summary

Duties
- Assist with patient care activities by supporting nursing staff and ensuring smooth workflow

- Organize and manage medical documentation, including charts, reports, and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate care plans
- Uphold patient privacy standards by adhering strictly to HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality policies
Qualifications
- Current Louisiana RN license
- Proven experience in patient care, demonstrating compassion and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to support accurate documentation and understanding of clinical procedures
- Familiarity with medical records management and electronic health record systems (EHR)
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance with privacy laws
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
