Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair small engines, equipment, tools, and company vehicles

Perform routine maintenance and service tasks to ensure equipment reliability and safety

Evaluate equipment and vehicle issues and determine appropriate repair solutions

Complete repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner

Complete annual DOT inspections

Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during repairs and maintenance

Support operations during both Landscape and Snow Season as needed

Experience with troubleshooting and repairing small engines, hand tools, and vehicles

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
