We are looking for an organized, dependable Project Manager to help oversee residential flooring projects from the time the job is sold through final completion.
This person will help keep projects moving by coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, working with installation crews, and making sure details do not fall through the cracks. The right candidate stays organized, solves problems, follows through, and keeps customers informed throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Take over projects after the sales process is complete
- Review job details with customers
- Coordinate installation crews, deliveries, and project timelines
- Communicate daily with crews regarding progress and scheduling
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers during installation
- Keep customers updated on scheduling, deliveries, and job progress
- Handle change orders and final project completion details
- Visit job sites as needed to maintain quality standards
- Keep project notes, schedules, and internal communication organized
- Work closely with sales and office staff to keep projects moving smoothly
Qualifications
- Organized and strong at follow-through
- Good communicator with strong customer service skills
- Able to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, or residential construction projects preferred
- Comfortable using scheduling software and technology
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and responsive

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
