We're a licensed home care provider in Pinellas County connecting experienced caregivers with private-pay clients for one-on-one in-home care. This isn't a staffing agency — you work directly with your clients, build real relationships, and control your own schedule. No facility rounds, no revolving-door assignments.
We're growing and actively adding new clients, with openings for morning, overnight, and night shift caregivers. We welcome applicants of all genders — we serve clients with varying preferences and have openings for both. Strong performers get first pick of new cases as they come in.
What you'll do:
- Companionship and emotional support
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Medication reminders and monitoring
- Light personal assistance as needed
What we're looking for:
- Active Florida HHA certification or CNA license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience (professional or family)
- Reliable transportation and valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to pass Level 2 background screening
- Minimum 20 hours/week availability
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Availability for morning, overnight, and/or night shifts strongly preferred
Pay and details:
- $17–$20/hr depending on case type and experience
- This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity — not an employee position
- You set your availability and choose the cases that fit your schedule
