A global healthcare organization is expanding its U.S. network of directly owned clinics through strategic acquisitions. The company combines healthcare operations, technology, and AI-enabled solutions to improve clinical services and operational efficiency.
The General Manager will lead the integration, performance, and growth of multiple U.S. clinics. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position owns post-acquisition integration, operational standardization, P&L performance, revenue growth, technology adoption, and new healthcare service development.

Develop and execute post-acquisition integration plans covering organizational structures, operations, and systems.

Build relationships with clinic leaders and employees while managing organizational change.

Implement AI-enabled healthcare and operational platforms across multiple locations.

Establish location-level KPIs, monitor performance, and report results to international headquarters.

Create referral networks, joint marketing programs, and other cross-location revenue opportunities.

Consolidate procurement, recruitment, and back-office functions to reduce costs.

Own multi-location P&L performance and optimize revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Plan, launch, and scale new healthcare services.

Support the evaluation of potential acquisition targets.

Develop common SOPs, quality standards, and compliance frameworks.

Automate administrative and clinical workflows and establish efficient operating models.

Recruit, develop, and coach clinic managers and other U.S.-based employees.

Build relationships with medical associations, insurers, and physician referral networks.

7+ years of U.S. multi-location management experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or a comparable industry.

Proven multi-location P&L ownership and revenue-growth results.

Experience leading organizational and operational post-acquisition integration.

Professional English proficiency sufficient for executive leadership, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Demonstrated success using AI or technology to improve operational efficiency.

Strong execution experience in startup or high-growth environments.

Healthcare or medical clinic operations experience.

Japanese language ability.
